Anyone know who this guy was; joint top of the bill on the prestigious Carr's Beach --- summer 61 ...
Perhaps he wasn't actually FROM DETROIT, but had just finished a top venue booking in the city.

To make things even more difficult for the guy to perform @ Carr's Beach, look who the bookers had on there the very next day [[so he would probably have been around the same time that John Kennedy was) ...

Back performing on Carr's Beach just 2 weeks later ... John F KENNEDY -- seems he may have been a local who'd just returned from a gig in Detroit around 3 weeks earlier ...
TO FURTHER COMPLICATE MATTERS ... the lead singer of FRANKIE & THE SPINDLES [[who'd started out performing as Frankie & the Spinners) was Franklin Kennedy ...
that's F KENNEDY ... not too far different to John F KENNEDY ...
It also states he's young in 1961, Frankie [[of the Spindles) was born in 1948 and his real name was actually Franklin C Kennedy, but with JFK being US President, it made sense for him to be performing under the name JFK at the time [[he'd have been 13 in 61) ....20823
