Where did you get that! What a treasure!

I remember them from a local Detroit dance show "Swingin' Time". They were still the Parliaments but had upped their ante to the dress and freaky style that they sported on their first couple albums as Parliament, "Osmium" and "Up for the Down Stroke."

Can't believe that's George Clinton!

George is the second from the right. The picture was taken in 1961.
