Hey there, folks! It's been a busy 5 or 6 weeks with live chats with Mary Wilson, Susaye Greene, Scherrie Payne, Andy Skurow and George Solomon. This DJ had a wonderful time with them ALL...and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their time and generosity!
So before the next interview takes place [[...being arranged as I print this)....let's take a little break and spend a show with unreleased Motown, and some of my better and also newest extended versions [[Motown and otherwise)! One thing I've missed over the past few weeks is chatting with you all....so I'll get to do that tonight....:)

It is a great, great song. Though actually, I thought the song was a little ahead of what was happening in '69. The song did not receive air play in my region so I didn't hear it until about 3 years after it's release. And at that time the hard and heavy arrangement was very similar to things that folks like Norman Whitfield were doing at that time. I think the main reason it didn't do well was lack of air play. It's a girl group song, but also in a way it's not. It's a very unique song. I love it!:cool:
