Too many remixes!!

What the hell??? Why is it that every time i turn on the radio there's a remix of a classic song, ok once in awhile one is ok but dang these fools have gone crazy,call me an old fogey but i love the songs original sound..enough already!!!!

I don't listen to the radio for music anymore, homeboy. I've got probably 40,000 songs [[probably twice as many, TBH) on my computer now and can create an all-day playlist by typing in a couple of words and picking a few of the songs that pop up. Other than that, I can go to Spotify or Pandora and create a playlist that'll play the versions of songs that I want to hear.

I don't have as many issues with remixes on the radio but I do get annoyed when I see a CD that at first appears to have a generous number of tracks, only to find out that several of them are remixes, along with all this interlude and intro and outro and reprise kind of crap. If I buy a 12-song CD, I don't think it is asking too much for it to have...duh........TWELVE songs on it!!!!
