The Grammy Museum in Los Angeles is introducing a number of virtual tours, and the initial batch includes one for Motown:

It’s pretty easy to navigate online, and includes stage outfits for many of the top acts, as well as other artefacts such as posters, records and record sleeves, and musical instruments [[one of Stevie’s harmonicas, it seems). Also, snapshots of different aspects of Motown’s output, such as Black Forum, and images from the “Motown at the White House” event which took place a few years back.

There’s a pre-Motown section, too, and the display comes up to date with outfits from some of the company’s current acts. The whole shebang was previously presented at the LBJ Museum in Austin.

Many [[most?) of you will be very familiar with the content, and the “tour” could be criticised for its superficiality, but it’s good to see the Hitsville legacy presented in different ways, particularly for those who can’t get to the Grammy Museum in LA or — first and foremost, of course — the Motown Museum in Detroit.

Clifton: Thank you for posting this. I found the presentation very diverse and broad. Please post any future ones that become available. Space seems to be very unlimited
there so it can certainly accommodate a lot of visitors to the exhibit.
