I just read about Operation, Entertainment, an ABC-TV show inaugurated on 1/5/1968? It was declared a musical comedy television program aimed at past and present veterans of the military.

On Friday 2/16/1968 Martha Reeves and the Vandellas appeared on the show
which broadcast at 8:30 PM EST.

I wonder what songs they performed on the show? I do not remember ever seeing the show.

Not sure but it might be the one they sang "Down By The Riverside". I faintly remember that.

I've seen a few clips from that show, with Aretha, Dionne, and Louis Armstrong. But I haven't seen anything from the Vandellas as of yet. They would be nice to see as I've seen no appearances from the MRL era except for the SOUL! special.

I believe that they performed: "Heat Wave", "Nowhere To Run", Dancing In The Street" and "Honey Chile"

Martha Roz & Lois appeared on the Late Night "Joey Bishop Show" doing "Honey Chile" their new release.I think that was on ABC Network.
