Time Life is offering the Best of The Flip Wilson Show on dvd. They claim that these are full episodes although they are known for piece-meal edits of episodes. Motown or Motown related guests are The Temptations, The Jackson 5, Gladys Knight & the Pips [2 episodes], Bobby Darin [3], Sammy Davis Jr., Diahann Carroll. Sorry, no Supremes.
I've found that if one waits long enough, prices drop at other sites that carry their product to a more affordable amount.

I've been watching this set all afternoon. From what I can tell, these are the full episodes, unlike what was airing on TV Land in years past.

One thing I just noticed: during the J5's performance, their drummer drops one of his sticks. I guess they didn't have time to do it over and they were probably performing to a track anyway. They just kept on going, the stick remained on the ground, and the drummer just used one stick for the rest of the performance.
