One of my favorite HDH-produced Marvin Gaye tracks from the 1966 "Moods Of Marvin Gaye" LP. I especially love the string passages in the Mono mix. For some strange reason, the Stereo version deletes the strings altogether.

Gotta agree with you, Boogiedown. As much as I love The Andantes, I've never cared for their performance on this track. It's too shrill and annoying. In fact, it never occurred to me before, but I think you're right about it sounding like one shrill voice. Had they used all three girls in harmony, it would have sounded MUCH better.
