I was wondering what TV documentaries have been made about Diana and/or The Supremes?

There are of course loads of Motown documentaries that feature them, but I am only aware of the following that focus exclusively on Diana/The Supremes:

There was an AUTOPSY episode on Florence. I think it premiered the same night as the BREAKING THE BAND episode on the Supremes.

There was also an MSNBC MATT LAUER'S HEADLINERS AND LEGENDS episode on Diana.
