The song was done in 71 but this was from June 30, 1973. They were promoting Finders Keepers. They opened with Chairman if the Board.

Ok thanks...make sense now.
Remember the COTB by COTB playing in a club I went to...in 71.
I saw them in concert...probably 71....
They appeared as 3 solo artisits...not as a group
The audience were bemused....very strange night.
