I haven't heard this before either. Thanks for sharing. It appears to be on the Brenda Holloway 2 CD set of rare and unreleased tracks, released by Soul Music Records/Cherry Red. Sounds like a very early version of the song...likely a demo, as the lyrics are completely different, and at times very basic or missing altogether. Always loved the Supremes' version.
