I am doing a 5 k Fun-Run on Sunday morning at 10.00am in Norman Park, Bromley, Kent [[UK). If anyone would like to make a donation, the charity I am supporting is Motor Neurone Disease Association [[MND), in appreciation of Paul Stenning, a colleague on Solar Radio who contracted MND just a year ago and is now confined to a wheelchair and needs 24-hour care.
