Question on #7: Where was Herb Alpert?

As I understood, the main draw on that number, was Janet Jackson, but she gracefully allowed herself be more in the background, to give A&M's head man another chance to shine.

Yet, on that clip, all I see is dancers.

Interesting observation Ngroove. I am going to guess that he could not perform it without having Janet Jackson there, so they opted for the dancers and the audio.
