Anyone know of or have an opinion about Jasmine Records out of the UK? Rrecently it has reissued several 2 disc sets on many classic rock, pop, country and R&B artists. Discs that cover the early period of popular music....before 1963.
I've seen sets offered by James Brown, Jackie Wilson, the Clovers, Sam Cooke, the Everly Brothers, Paul Anka, Peggy Lee, Jessie Belvin, Nat "King" Cole, Little Richard, Annette, and so on. The discs are sold at attractive prices and usually contain some rarities like A and B sides of singles and stereo versions of some tracks that were hard to find before. Jasmine seems legit rather than a bootleg operation.

All legit, released under European Public Domain copyright laws, i.e. copyright-free 50 years after recording date.
