2020 is the Year of Miss Ross, with Diana selling out stadium venues like the 02 [[capacity: 20,000; £300+ top ticket price) in London and the NEC [[15,000) in Birmingham.

Meanwhile, Dionne Warwick is also touring Europe this summer, albeit smaller venues like the Corn Exchange in Cambridge [[capacity: 1,800; £73 top ticket price):

I have not posted this to trigger a 'Diana is better than Dionne' war. Both ladies are talented and we are very lucky to have been blessed with their amazing talents all these years.

Still, the success of the Ross concert programme is amazing; the modest size of Dionne's concerts brings into focus how successful Diana's concerts are.

I am looking forward to seeing both ladies this summer.

I love both ladies too. Dionne was always better in an intimate venue rather than an arena tour, whereas Diana's more elaborate show lended itself well to the big arenas, but now i think Diana would have a better fit in the smaller venues. Diana herself agrees, and it is the greedy promoters who insisted upon the larger venues for this tour.

Both ladies are true music legends who will hopefully entertain their audience, I would of really liked to see Diana do smaller venues in the UK for example Royal Albert Hall, but as said it the promoter who books the venue and there is more demand for Diana as this is here first time in the UK for over 10 years, Dionne has been over here last year on her own headliner tour and in 2018 as part of a package with Mary Wilson and Roberta Flack .
