Viewers of BBC Breakfast news this morning had a good chuckle when Olympic Gold Medalist Swimmer REBECCA ADLINGTON appeared on the show.

Its 500 days now to the start of the London Olympic Games in 2012 and she was being interviewed by BBC Sports presenter CHRIS HOLLINS, who made quite a gaffe .. here it is ..

its not freudian but..
during during the troubles in ulster a police chief was being interviewed on TV in the street and surrounded by TV crews.he was asked if he had any idea where the fugitives might be.his answer was "i'd like to tell your LISTENERS that we will not stop looking in every CROOK and NANNY until they are caught"

Smokey Robinson and Al Cleveland were shopping in Hudson's Department Store in Detroit. I think it was Smokey who suggested they get a bite to eat. Al then said 'I second that emotion'. I may reversed have who said what, but I clearly remember reading that tale many years ago. And that, of course, is where the song title came from.

My worst freudian slip was when I once meant to say "Freudian Slip" but it came out as "Phallic Slip".
