I was reading Cholly Atkins book. He stated that Mr. Gordy informed him to "tone down" the Miracles choreography, because he wanted the audience to look at "only" Smokey...I find it hard to believe he would undermine his groups!!

I have read all the books!! I am not naive!! I just thought the Miracles would have been "untouchable"...After all, they were his first group....He could have pulled smokey out of the group in 1960!!

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...berry was about that money,and as much loot as smokey was bringing in with his hit songs,the miracles were lucky to be seen at all,hehehehehe!!!
