I just saw this 45 for sale on eBay by People's Records in Detroit, Michigan.
It is Bells b/w You'd Better Run - Nikko 611 from 1958.

I simply cannot imagine that 18 people are interested in buying this piece of crap that looks like it was retrieved from a dumpster. Seller wants $999.

Has anyone ever heard of this song or the group singing it?

I have never heard of it. But is sold previously on Ebay for $3550 in 2013.

Sometimes when you see a big watch-list for an item on Ebay, not all of those people are necessarily interested in purchasing it. Many who are collectors tend to watch an item for the sake of interest and to gauge the current market value. They want to see if the item will sell at that price.
