Thank you so much for posting! I wasn't able to make it to the memorial service for Estelle, but Nedra did send me the
pamphlet that was given out with photos, etc. It was her son who actually put the video presentation together and
it was shown at the service.
Again, thanks for posting and yes, I told Tony you said hello.

Sorry, I thought this was the thread on Estelle's memorial.

"Please Be My Boyfriend" by the Crystals is not La La singing lead. It is led by Barbara Alston and was recorded in NYC,
not at Gold Star in Hollywood, CA.
I do believe, however, it was recorded in '64.
