Fresh had two albums released on the Prodigal label. Their third album was listed but unreleased. This may have been a cut from that unreleased album

Aside from beachside setting, where is the style in the video, that shows he's actually trying his best to make it a music video [[aka mini-movie?), like real, better music videos of old?

I have one of Fresh's albums for Prodigal, Feelin' Fresh, sort of a mixture of soul funk and rock. Pretty good.
