Playing off the 70s Supremes ideal live show thread, what would be your ideal DMF show. Let's say summer of '66 [[IMO this was when they were at the top of their game)...

I didn't include Somewhere because it was annoying hearing it every live show they did. I wish the Boy From Ipanema was in their show longer as I liked their version of it. Tried to balance out the Hits and showtunes.

Okay, I'm tailoring my show for the Roostertail, which means it's heavy on the hits and doesn't need so many showtunes. I basically recreated the Roostertail show from Symphony expanded, leaving some songs in their original place, while replacing others with something new.

I agree with all of this. I wish "Somewhere" had been dropped after the first Copa engagement. I love both the live and recorded versions of "Ipanema" and agree it should've stayed in the show a bit longer.
