Idiots !!! They should let the truth die out on its own. Instead, they are keeping it in the public's mind.

People wasting their time and money. The suit's going to be thrown out for lack of standing. Being a member of a fan club doesn't make you a stakeholder in a defamation claim.

DJT supporters are armed, cocked, and ready to take to the streets if he isn't re-elected in 2020. Same shit, different toilet.

Doesn't matter. The action in itself should be enough to scare the shit out of Robson and Safechuck!

The truth was that Michael Jackson was found not guilty in a court of law. Even decades of surveillance by the FBI turned up nothing. The truth had died down until these idiots decided to push the envelop with their one-sided documentary and interview conducted by the "virtuous" Ms. Oprah Winfrey.........bad move!

Doesn't matter. The action in itself should be enough to scare the shit out of Robson and Safechuck! It won't scare them, though. The claim will be thrown out on a summary motion asking the court why the plaintiffs have any right to sue them for defamation. I can't sue someone for calling you a name. And Michael Jackson's legacy is not public domain nor is it the property of fan clubs. Not just that, but the plaintiffs will be the ones forced to prove the claims made in the movie are a lie. The defendants don't have to prove first person accounts. Otherwise, anybody could sue anyone for making a disparaging statement about dead celebrities.

Jerry, excuse me,but I am not referring to the legal stuff. I am referring the thought that a bunch of fans, ones over in France felt so strongly about this issue they would go to these lengths. Now imagine how some of his more intense fans in this country may react once they hear about this story. Bodyguards anyone ?

Most of us read this absurd story days before it was posted here and decided to let it pass. It's possible that there are different statutes for lawsuits in other countries, but the concept of a random, and I mean RANDOM, fool suing because they don't like a sworn deposition is beyond absurd. Maybe Florence Ballard fans should sue Mary Wilson for blonde wig-wearin' on TCB?

Maybe Diana Ross should sue that guy for poking her in her VJay Jay while onstage in NYC..........

The bottom line is these guys Robson and Safechuck in their quest for money have stirred up a hornet's nest and they will live to regret it. Both of them testified under oath the Michael never molested them.

They were kids at the time Luke and when kids trust someone they will lie for them and there probably real scared about telling the truth cause it would make there lives hell at school and theyd get threatened by insane michael Jackson fans and this stupid law suit shows theres many of them out there. The lawsuit a complete joke.
