There absolutely is no legal obligation to give a cent to anyone and you certainly would not want to give it back. But the charity give might assuage a conscience.

If a charity has a conscience - then why would they want Qaddfi's money. For it is surely still BLOOD MONEY.

And Furtado is not in the postition to give that kind of money away - she is just fronting.
