I know the late, great Isaac Hayes was a DJ here on KISS FM back in the mid-90s.

Ashford and Simpson, Roger of Zapp and Mary Wilson all had radio shows in NYC back then. Mary's was on WWRL and then the nationally syndicated show "The Motown Show".
