Sidney Justin has a long history of faithfully ‘replicating’ the Miracles. I would go see happily, coz he is really talented

They are actually called "The Miracles". I believe they have the blessing of Claudette Robinson. Technically they are not a tribute group, but in reality that is exactly what they are. Several former football players singing under the Miracles and singing their songs.

If they are good singers, then why not start their own original group. Write some songs or have someone write them some songs and go from there? I just do not like "identity theft" no matter who's doing it.

I doubt it. I bet they have some type of licensing arrangement with Claudette where she shares in any revenue or profits. Similar to what Kat Anderson has with her Marvelettes.

Did NONE of the Miracles own copyright to the name??? I could've sworn Ronnie and Pete owned it when they were alive.

She did years ago with another group of Miracles that included Sidney Barnes and Bobby Rogers. To my knowledge, she had not appeared on stage with this group here.

"IDENTITY THEFT". I couldn't have said it better myself, Marv. These people may be very good singers in their own right, but they're NOT The Miracles nor will they ever be.
