If the answer is yes, I happen to see them a few days ago in Chicago. They were playing at a club that I can best describe that it resembled a "Honey Tonk" club. :)

I'm sure Martyr's probably isn't a "Honey Tonk" club, but just picture a small venue with a huge dace floor by the stage, hardly any seats but around the bar. [[the only thing that was missing was chicken wire in front of the stage) lol :p

At any rate, the band hasn't missed a step. It's hard to believe that the band has been in operation since 1985, mixing funk, ska ,punk rock and other genres in their music.
Although the band has made numerous of personal lineup changes, Angelo Moore,Norwood, and "Dirty" Walt are keeping the band together.

Playing guitar with the band was Tori Ruffin from The Time. Checking out some info on the web, I didn't know that he was playing with the group, earlier with form Suicidal Tendencies guitarist Rocky George. [[although Rocky wasn't present)

The band played most of their hits, rare songs, and a few crowd favorites. [[and even came back for a encore) :)

Before the show, I happen to talk briefly with the band leader Angelo Moore. [[very nice person) He shook my hand and was glad that I came out to support the band. :) [[sorry,no photos)

Great show,I had a great time, and I'm glad to see that the band can still bring it ! :)

If you're a fan,and would like to see if the band with be coming to your city, http://www.fishbone.net

In the meantime, take a look at a clip. It's a documentary on the band that was made last year. You can find out more info from their website posted above.
