I really like guitarist Norman Brown and have recently bought a few of his CD's. He's excellent, also does some remakes of classic soul tunes.

Speaking of guitarists, unheralded Dan Balmer from Portland, Oregon, is very good, too.

I liked the late, great Wayman Tisdale's tunes, too!
