Call queue - Motown songs

I've just come off a phone call with Ovo Energy in the UK and was delighted to wait my turn in the queue whilst listening to Marvin and Tammi's Ain't No Mountain High Enough. This was so much better than the usual dreary songs that companies play.

Have you any experience of uplifting Motown songs being used in call queues?

Don't think I've ever heard a Motown song in a call queue. Respect for OVO lol
