I bought that book so long ago...... It was hot off the presses. Excellent book about Motown.

Reading this right now, I'm on the fourth chapter "The Gordy Family Sets Up Shop". What makes the book interesting is that it tells you what you already know in a different way. Peter is not one to bite his tounge, he's very honest and doesn't sugarcoat. The book is a nice example of less being more also as it brings a message home and moves on without circling.
