Yes, I was alive, but a mere babe in arms. ;) I've enjoyed the clips I've seen. I knew her best as a movie star [They Call Me Mister Tibbs!, The Organization et al.].

I did see Mister Tibbs! in the cinema [[as one says ...) would love to see the others. The heroin bust did damage to her career and she didn't deserve that. A fishy story. I've not yet heard the Motown material. Will have to YT it. Best to you. I'm looking forward to seeing 'Boys / Band' on Bwy next week.

Barbara McNair was beautiful. One of the best looking and most sophisticated ladies to record for Motown.
