Great article. Testament to the enduring classic that "I Want You Back" truly is!! No wonder it is the most streamed track of 1969. I mean, it's that damn good. :D

That was one of my favorite songs as a kid. I remember when it came out, we use to sing it at the tops of our longs on the school bus in 4th Grade. LOL!

I'm glad a decided to read this. Fascinating. I don't know that ld have ever guessed I WANT YOU BACK as the most listened to song from 1969 over all others, if asked, unless there were some current cultural reason to trigger it. ?
One of my favorites and I'm glad to read so much effort was put into the making of it. It sounds like it and it paid off. Obviously.
