It didn't take long...I am surprised and delighted. I thought there would be some kind of non-compete clause....Current TV is a project of former VP Al Gore....

I've never even heard of it.

I read it has been struggling for 5 years I think Direct tv has it and I have seen it. Limited programming but it has 60 million viewers so they are doing something right.

Stephanie, it doesn't have 60 million viewers, just 60 million potential viewers, because it's carried on enough cable systems to be available to 60 million subscribers, but not many are watching that channel. Signing Olbermann is their attempt to raise their profile. I've never heard of this channel, though I remember now that Al Gore was going to start a channel. He did, but it's struggling obviously. I've no idea if I even get this channel on my cable package.

I never heard of the channel either, but I do get it on my Direct TV. Current TV's website has a list of TV providers that carry the channel.

Comcast here in New Jersey carries it as well. And of course, I don't have it.

That was a good idea to look the channel up on the Comcast website. Low and behold, there it was.

So, it's confirmed that Keith was not fired because of Comcast. He's back working for them.
