Originally recorded by Dee Dee Warwick and written by the great songwriting team of Carole King and Gerry Goffin.

Of course Dee Dee's version is the ultimate version but I do dig this version...

I've always thought her vocal on this dragged a bit, I'm assuming as a mix issue. In any case, this is another fav of mine from her album. Dee Dee's version is probably my favorite, but Vivian Reed and Bettye Swann have very good versions too.
