Henry Lee: "I was born in Monroe, Georgia, May 10th 1938, and I came up here to Ferndale around '49 or '50. My mom was already here. She had come from Georgia to Ferndale in 1942. I was living with my grandparents in Georgia."

It's a 5-part Spinners story + updates - dozens of closely printed pages. Actually it makes a small book with interviews with each current & ex-members, producers, writers, musicians, fellow artists etc.
It's too big a story to put on the internet, and that's why we only have it in our printed papers. Sorry!
