I tried to change the common e in the thread title to a capital E but was not able to when I previewed the post initially. Why Is that?I could easily do this in the old forum setup.

This is the flip side of Getting Mighty Crowded [[yes, I peeked in the Billboard R&B book.) This is how my CD collection expands - someone puts up a link to a great song and then I am on a mission to find it! Crazy about "You're No Good" by Betty Everett too.

Dusty Springfield does a nice version of "Chained To A Memory" on her Look Of Love album from late '67.

Thanks for the link Mikey.

Another great [[later) track from Betty .... "Unlucky Girl" .... a NS gem .... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6mtrO6wuwo
No idea who decided she should cut this song as it was 1st recorded in Cleveland by the Exceptional Three [[later reissued on GRT as by the Exceptionals). Betty's version has a "Make Me Yours' vibe to it [[guess thats cos of the guitar work on her version).

I think it's the same programme glitch that makes all forum name letters lower case. My name should be "Robb_K". not "robb_k"!
