I was on Youtube looking for a Four Tops live performance of "You Keep Running Away" and stumbled across this cover from France in 2009. I believe the name of the group is the Buttshakers:

It's good to see bands around the World keeping the music alive. I do not care for this lady's vocals, but they get a thumbs up from me for even performing this great Four Tops song.

I think she is trying too hard to sound like a dude. If she sang it a bit more restraint I think it would go over much better.

I love that this song is being resurrected. Harmonically, it's an intricate song. I am not in the head of the lead singer, however, I don't think she's trying to sound like a dude. I just believe she's just being her unique self. Very nice rendition, in my opinion.
