Songwriter Ray Gibson passed away in Los Angeles. Mr. Gibson's songs have been recorded by Gloria Jones, The Waters and The Colgic's. Ray was very close with his dear cousin the late Florence Ballard. No more information is known at this time.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I lost touch with Ray and recently found him on Facebook. I knew he had been ill for some time. He was so integral in my show Mysteries and Scandals Florence Ballard. He was devoted to Flo and her memory. RIP Raymond...and thank you again
