Earlier in the week, it appeared that Martha and her sister Vandellas had to cancel a performance in London last minute; today I read that Lois was robbed in Italy?

Hoping the rest of their time overseas is without incident.

Sadly this is true. She was robbed in Milan but is thankfully unhurt.The girls will be spending lots of time in the UK again this year and the show will be rescheduled.

Wow! So sorry to hear that Lois Reeves was robbed. Here's hoping that the criminal[[s) are caught and the Vandellas can resume their tour.

Yep. I seem to remember reading about Sarah Vaughan being robbed there in the '80s.

I remember when Mary Wilson and her group were robbed of $20,000 in Ireland back in the 80s.
