Yes, Dennis was one of the all time greats! I will not forget him. Rest in peace Dennis. Thanks for everything.

Sadly, I added him to my death watch after he took ill last year! Apparently, he’d only been performing sporadically with his group since. So he never really did recover. I even once heard the group advertised as “The Temptations Review with Paul Williams Jr.” I noticed that Roland Martin had a prayer request for Dennis last week!

What sad news when it broke here in the UK last night, another legend of Motown, Rest in Peace Dennis, thanks for the Music You Brought us!

Consciously I accept the reality of these inevitable passings but in my heart the sadness
still weighs heavily deep. I met Dennis back in 92 and I, like many of us grew up with
his music. He had a powerful voice, a distinct tone and so much presence on stage. Thank
you, my brother for all the music you gave us. RIP....

I saw two different things. One said complications from meningitis. Another said complications from meningitis and that he also had pneumonia and suffered a stroke.

I've just saw this thread. I didn't know Dennis had passed away. :[[
