Anybody familiar with this label? The recent compilations look pretty cool.

No. I listened to some samples of the material the label released and was for the most part disappointed. I believe the label was founded in Baltimore. I didn't really care much for the songs or how they came out sonically. They don't have a commercial sound and comes across as if they were recorded on less than stellar equipment. Don't get me wrong, nearly all the indie labels of that time used some sort of converted facility,but here you can tell. I liked very few songs, but it doesn't hurt to listen for yourself.
