The Grammy award winning artist is live streaming the entire recording process with appearances from Lalah Hathaway, Robert Glasper and Andrew Bird. She will compose, arrange and record the album on line. I think that it's innovative and she's quoted as saying "I foresee that creating before a live audience will add excitement and extra inspiration energy".
