Does anyone out there remember this group from the UK? I think they hit about 25 years ago? I believe they
only put out one album. I wonder if they still perform?
I read on YouTube that one of the members, Sandra,
has since passed away. Can't find much on them.

Lol, where do you find all these rare groups, lakeside? I have never heard of these ladies either. I will check them out later. :)

I knew the Escofferys briefly in a professional capacity. They were lovely ladies and very talented. I think they recorded just the one album and were promptly dropped.. Sandra did indeed pass away several years ago. I seem to recall one of the sisters doing some solo stuff but i am not sure if any material ever saw the light of day. I shall try to do some investigating. Thank you lakeside for reminding me of this talented group.

Oh, I don't know Tom. I guess if you've been around since the beginning of time....one remembers things!

I Assumed Shaun was in some way related but did not know for sure. He is certainly a very gifted vocalist in the traditional soul singer style and i would heartily recommend giving his music a listen.
