Some good news about someone who gets little attention on the Motown Forum. Why I do not know, but I just saw where he is being considered to be a judge on the upcoming American Idol show being reinstituted.

Furthermore, today June 20 is his 68th birthday. Happy Birthday to a great singer.

They should have left Idol where it was: dead. But it's a plus for the new show to have someone of Lionel's caliber. I imagine he'll be more than a judge but a mentor as well.
