Thank you, Ralph, for your kind words and especially for starting a separate thread on this subject on the forum, which for a long time has been a leading music forum on the internet. This really has been one of my favourite forums for many, many years and a place for daily visits.

Thank you also my friends Stubass, Mr_June, Robb, Marv, Sansradio, Soulwally, Tom, Sophisticated-soul...

I love going to Porretta in Italy. This will be my third time. It's a small spa town, but during those four days in July soul music lovers from all over the world gather there - this time from Finland there'll be a delegation of eight fans - so it becomes a sort of soul-Woodstock; only with your clothes on [[for most of the time anyway, it's rather hot there in July).

You can actually watch those Porretta shows live at

www.lepida.tv -> Porretta -> correct date

each day [[Friday to Sunday) starting from three [[03:00) pm [[EDT).
The Sweet Soul Music Award is presented on Saturday, after 3 pm, closer to 4 pm, I guess [[or a bit later...)

The shows are thrilling, so I highly recommend them.
