If anyone is having problems downloading the digital album to this I may have the solution. Every box set that I have purchased in this series I have had to contact support to get the code upgraded.
The last box still would not download even with the new code - the code I received was on the white style coupon. In frustration I clicked on the option for the black coupon and hey presto it worked!!!!
Today I received Volume 4 with the white coupon, tried 3 times to download the file, all to no avail. Clicked on the option for the black coupon and bingo ... now downloaded!!!!
