Umm,the other day i was passing by the clubhouse and i noticed a group of very well-dressed termites touring the outside of the place,very well spoken too as we had a nice conversation about wood,they seemed very interested in the wooden structure of the clubhouse and asked if they might have just a small sample to take back to their corporate head quarters i said ok but i warned them that the wood had been treated with a special formula from grady's kitchen and all of a sudden they didn't seem do interested and left rather quickly, grady to the rescue.
