Yes! I sure hope so. I just love seeing all this Motown music on TV... I even love it when something Motown-related gets a brief mention in a film or TV programme!

Also I believe the "Get Ready" cover is by London-based singer-songwriter Stella Talpo :)

"Get Ready" has been used on 2 / 3 different UK TV ads in the last 12 months.
Marvelettes "Hunter Gets Captured" is being used on a perfume ad.

There was a perfume ad a couple of years ago that used A Funky Space Reincarnation.

Also, Upside Down was used in a Mercedes car advert

I think this ad was the one the kick started the 're interest in Motown in the U.K in the '80's.

And didn't Jackie Wilson's 'Reet Petite' get to number 1 in the singles chart around the time of this ad?

Just heard The Supremes' version of "Get Ready" being used in an advert for Stella on Sky 1... it threw me 'cause I recognised the song but not the version... until Diana came in of course ;)

Reet Petite hit #1 in late 1986.

And Nina Simone's 'My Baby Just Cares' hit #5 a few months later after being used for a Chanel perfume ad.
