I just read this morning on Facebook that we lost a valuable member of SDF.
Kevin Logan was the real deal...........a "Soul Man." I remember if I had a question about anything he'd be my "man with the answers."
I am shocked about his passing. He's been around SDF for many years.
RIP KevLo, and thanks for all your contributions to SDF.:[[

In addition to the previous sentiments he also had a great sense of humor.
I'm pretty sure he pre-dated me.
Condolences to his family and loved ones.

Thanks Moe.

I've just seen details of his passing and I was quit e upset even though I've never met him. I wish I had.

He was very well respected on here and I am so glad that there are others on here that remember him.

Thoughts go out to his family and friends at this very sad time.

Wow, he was relatively young wasn't he? I'm really sorry to hear this. He was one of the good guys!

Can anyone find/print his obit. I've been reading his posts for years here and he seemed like such a nice guy. Really sad. Where was he from?

Can't find one but I did run across this old thread. KevLo had a birthday coming up next month.

Someone refresh my memory. Didn't KevLo do a radio show at some point or was that Kev Goins?

Kevin Goins is just fine. Kevgo was another individual. Sorry to learn this. I had a few email exchanges with him some years back. Very nice guy.

Ralph I had in boxed you when I found out, and yes it was true folks used to get Kev-Lo & Kev-Go confused both of them had robust musical appetites and were some of the most knowledgeable folks I ever met....which is kinda funny because back then it was in the infant stages of the internet, before FB,Snapchat and even smartphones. Both of them along with Renee Williams were out of New York. We have lost a good man.....RIP Kev-Lo.

Paladin,

Forgive my laziness....but wasn't he in a pic posted many moons ago with Jimmy Scott, Soulsister, Renee and her mom?

Very sorry to hear this...I remember Kev-Lo well. Whenever I hear of someone's passing I always wonder the cause and how old they were though I have to say I've lost people in
offline life where I've never learned either. RIP, Kev...
