Another great Canadian artist leaves us. He was a good poet, songwriter and commentator on the Human condition [[philosopher). A true "Renaissance Man". He will be missed.

But what connection did Leonard have to Motown Record Corporation? He Moved from Montreal to New York City. I never heard of him recording for Motown, or writing for Jobete Music.

Is this only on this subforum because the original poster knows that a large proportion of posters here NEVER even look at the general SDF or Clubhouse?
The whole idea of having several subfora is so that readers can find the threads in their interest areas, and avoid having to wade through hundreds of thread titles outside their interest. If I'm interested in Leonard Cohen, why should I have to look on 3 different subfora to avoid missing posts about his death and life's work?
