Might be missing something but I'm not sure it says a great deal about the expanded SAGG?

this is a general consmer music publication so it's a great deal more publicity for this release than most music publications will provide...in the limited amount of space that I'm provided..basically a heads up for those who might be interested in supporting this release..but do feel free to do a term paper on it when it hits the streets

After waiting so long to find out if/when the Supremes A Go Go was being released, it's a pleasure to see it in print. Makes it real. Now, if we could just get a release date!!!

Random thought...if everyone is still wanting a physical release and Universal is leaning more and more in the digital only direction, I wonder if the powers that be could consider a "crowd funding campaign" for a physical version for the fans? They did this for the Motown Live in Paris CD set project, released in the UK. Perhaps it was done in order to test the waters? Fans essentially pledge an amount of money and different pledge amounts give you different rewards/incentives if the project is fully funded [[ie. $30 for the CD, $60 for the CD and a limited edition poster print, etc.)

No offense to anyone but with all the people who have complained about the lack of physical releases I am surprised that more people are not saying anything about Supremes A Go-Go Expanded coming to cd. I for one are more than delighted and can not wait to get a copy or 2 :p

I'm very excited although it is not my favorite Supremes album. The hits are fantastic but some of the covers' arrangements are a little thin IMHO. But I will buy two copies as I always do of the expanded editions!

Wonderful news. Is there a link that shows where it says it's going to be a CD physical release?

This is great news! I'll definitely pick up a copy of the CD as soon as I can [[and let's hope UME/Motown keeps it going with 'deluxe editions' of other classic albums from the Motown catalog).
